Shipping
We offer a $5 flat rate shipping on all orders under $50. Orders of $50 or more will receive free shipping.
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number once your order has shipped. It may take a day or two for our shipping partners to update the status of your shipment.
We ship almost all orders via USPS. We may utilize a different shipping partner for larger orders.
Refunds and Returns
We take great pride in the quality of our products and we are confident that you will enjoy them as much as we do! We also realize that sometimes things go wrong and want to ensure we do everything within our ability to keep our customers happy. In the event of any issues with your order or products, please contact us so we can make it right for you.
You may return or exchange any portion of your purchase in its original and unused condition within 30 days of receipt. We will refund the full purchase price of each product minus shipping charges. To initiate the return and exchange process, you may contact us at info@vertex-labs.com or complete the form below. Please allow 3 business days (Monday - Friday) from the day that we receive your returned items for your refund to be processed.
Missing or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item or are missing an item from your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will replace the item free of charge. For damaged items, we will ask for a photo of the damage before sending the replacement.
